A Quick Update

Hi,
I just wanted to post a quick update letting everyone know that I am still hanging in there and I am hoping and praying that this whole situation can be settled quickly. At this moment, it looks like we will have our preliminary hearing on March 10, 2009, but that date is not set in stone. I will post here when I know more.
